Fowl Cay lodging - nice and great
With most private islands, you must rent the whole island or you cannot stay there. Fowl Cay, however, rents by-the-house, providing an incredible opportunity for an experience rarely affordable to most people. The facility lends itself to vacations for families - small or large (up to 22 people), couples or small corporate retreats and seminars. If additional accommodations are needed for groups larger than 22, we can put you in touch with contacts on nearby islands. Fowl Cay is a 50-acre island owned entirely by one family. The cay generates its own electricity and makes its own excellent water from the sea, just to mention a few of the primary infrastructure items that make it self-sustaining with the exception of food. The housekeeper will have your house spic and span when you arrive including fresh linens throughout. Due to the very limited availability of staff in this area, as well as the mindfulness about the conservation of our water supply, your beds can’t be changed during the week. The central laundry facility is available at certain times to you for washing personal clothing if you wish. Stay on Fowl Cay for as long as you like; however, the minimum rental period is generally one week. When available, partial week rentals may be reserved no sooner than four weeks in advance (3 nights minimum). Turnover day is Saturday. The per-person price includes your house, linens, food, all beverages (including alcohol), golf cart, and all of Fowl Cay's facilities and equipment.
